Priming

Primer coat for all synthetic resin bonded top coat renders, as well as for synthetic resin
treated, mineral thin coat render indoors and outdoors.

The colour of the primer coat Granol'plus STG, matched to the colour of the top coat render.

There is an extensive choice of colour tones available. See our original samples. Special colour tones can be made on request. It is not possible to use colour tones with light reference value below 20% on insulating renders and external wall insulation.

Colour tone differences on the processed surface to the corresponding trials and treatments cannot be avoided because of the natural raw material choices and weather influenced drying processes. In the event of subsequent deliveries the remaining part of the material must be mixed with the new material on a continuity basis, to guarantee the same colour.
 

Water vapour permeant, non-swelling, low stress, environmental friendly.

Substrates must be flat, load-bearing, clean and dry. Loose parts should be removed or leveled out if necessary.
The directions of DIN 18363, the VOB, part C as well as the BFS-instruction sheets of the affected areas to be processed in the latest revision are to be regarded.

With paint brush, brush or lamb skin roller, depending on substrate. Granol'plus STG can be diluted with up to 10% water, depending on the substrate. Stir properly before use. The fresh Granol'plus STG must be protected against torrential rain and too fast drying. Especially with direct sunlight and wind influence suitable countermeasures must be taken, such as e.g. covering of the façade or of the scaffold.
Do not apply when the substrate or the environmental temperatures are below +5° C.
Tools and equipment must be cleaned with water immediately after use . Surrounding building parts, such as windows, window-sills etc. must be properly covered.
 

0,2 - 0,3 kg/m2 per coat with even substrates.
For an exact calculation the coverage must be determined by applying a test coat onto the object

Store in a cool and frost-free area. Protect against direct sunlight Can be stored in a closed container for at least 1 year. Broached containers must be processed within a short period of time.

Only emptied containers can be returned for recycling. Waste material must be dried before disposal according to key nr. 91206 (building waste).
