Composition
Regacryl is a dispersion based on acrylic copolymer resin, pigments, additives and inert loads. Non-toxic product.
Characteristics
Regacryl is a decorative paint in an aqueous phase for exterior and interior walls. Regacryl is available in a large range of colours.
Preparation substrate
Substrates should be sound, clean, dust-free and dry. While being applied and during hardening the ambient temperature and that of the substrate may not be lower than 5°C nor higher than 30°C. Paint should not be applied to a surface in the process of thawing or at risk of frost in the hours after application.
Application
Regacryl is applied in two layers using a brush, a roller or spray gun. Space out the layers by 6 to 7 hours depending on the temperatures and humidity. Clean tools in water with added detergent.
Consumption
≥ 400 g/m² in two layers.

Soupliss
Decorative crack-bridging paint.
Field of Application
Exterior:
For application on:
- Concrete complying with standard P 18-210 (Ref: DTU 23.1.)
- Concrete resurfaced with Ragrecim or Ragrefix.
- Hydraulic-based coating EN 998.1 in accordance with standard NF P 15.201 (Ref. DTU 26.1) or Cement'in C+G or Cement'in Mega.
- Organic coatings: Scolofax, Granol KR/RP, etc.
Characteristics
Soupliss is a decorative covering.
Its extension, adhesion properties and its covering capacity make it possible to mask and obliterate micro-cracks and cracking to give the façade a new, impermeable appearance.
For exterior walls only.
Soupliss has a large range of colours.
Preparation substrate
New substrates:
The preparation consists of stripping, brushing, washing, etc.

Old substrates:
Substrate should be checked prior to application. Preparation depends on the state or nature of the substrate.
For example: washing under pressure, stripping, decontamination, sandpapering of existing reliefs, recovery of coating, etc.

Old substrates covered in paint:
Substrate needs to be stripped (chemical: Façastrip Aqua, thermal or mechanical)

Old substrates covered with an organic render:
Ensure perfect adhesion of the render, wash and when necessary treat with Antimoss to remove any moss. To obtain a final smooth appearance, smooth the substrate with Scolofax ready-to-use smoothing paste.

The substrates can be painted using Soupliss diluted with a maximum of 15 % water which is about 250 g/m².

During the application and the drying phase, the ambient temperature and the surface temperature must not be below 10° C or above 30° C.

Paint should not be applied to a surface in the process of thawing or at risk of frost in the hours after application
Application
Apply using a sheepskin roller. Depending on the finishing appearance wanted, a sheepskin roller or a honeycomb foam roller can be used.
Clean tools with water using a mild detergent.
Consumption
450 to 700 g/m² depending on the supstrate and the primer.
Technical data
Extension to breaking:
32 mm at 10°C after ageing

0.32 mm at 10°C after ageing
1.712 MPa (standard NF T 30 062)

Impermeability of the substrate:
no transit of water after 7 days (standard NF T 30 701)

Water vapour permeability:
52 g/24h m² (standard NF T 30 704)

Packaging
Soupliss is packed in a 20kg plastic buckets.
When stored in a dry place and in the unopened, original packaging the shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture.

Remarks
Non-toxic product in accordance with 91/155/EWG.
The drying of aqueous phase coatings is a physical process of evaporation whose kinetics depends on the temperature, the levels of hygrometry and the replacement of air. Drying becomes very slow when relative hygrometry exceeds 70 %. When this level is around 100 %, drying stops altogether. Conversely, water evaporation is very quick and drying is accelerated by severe heat and strong wind.
Application must be carried out in compliance with standard NF P 74-002 Ref: DTU 59.2
