Founding of Cantillana, a branch of a construction company in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium.

Relocation of company headquarters to Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, making Cantillana the Belgian importer of "Plâtres Naturels du Bassin Parisien."

 

1962

Development and sales of the "Gyps'in" gypsum plaster range.

1963

Development and sales of the "Cement'in" cement plaster range.

1979

Launch of the first masonry mortars to be delivered in silos.

1982

Acquisition of Cantillana by the Stadsbader Group, which has been active since 1946 in both road construction and traditional construction.

1992

Acquisition of the French Mauer Group, a specialist in exterior wall plastering systems.

2002

Acquisition of the German company Granol-Strasser, active for more than 100 years in the production of high-quality mortars and plasters.

2004

Founding of Cantillana Silomix.

2005

Addition of the Chaux de Wasselonne product group.

2009

Acquisition of Holcim Droge Mortels BV.

2010

Creation of the joint venture between Colis Maçon and Lafarge, responsible bringing granules to the market.

2014

Opening of Cantillana locations in Décines, Messein, Mérignac and Wasquehal.

2015

Acquisition of Colis Maçon, giving Cantillana control of its granule production.
